چکیده

The properties of electron round lenses produced by the ponderomotive potential are investigated in geometrical optics. proportional to intensity distribution a focused first-order Bessel or Laguerre-Gaussian beam is exploited produce an lens and third-order spherical aberration corrector. Several formulas for focal length coefficients thin-lens approximation derived set associated light parameters. When mode field optical small, trajectory calculation results show similar those obtained using formulas.
